Job Responsibilities: 1.Oversee the smooth operation of regional warehouse logistics, analyze overall data, and develop targeted action plans based on business forecast data provided by headquarters to ensure effective implementation. 2.Monitor key operational metrics of regional centers, actively drive improvement plans to enhance warehouse efficiency, and ensure regional centers execute headquarters’ strategies and policies effectively. 3.Supervise warehouse loading/unloading, receiving, dispatching, and inventory processes to ensure operational and service quality. Implement annual, monthly, promotional, and holiday stock preparation plans from headquarters, converting them into specific tasks and schedules for regional centers to ensure on-time execution. Track the progress of center openings, relocations, and expansions. 4.Develop and execute annual, peak-season, and other inventory and operational contingency plans based on headquarters’ forecasts to handle surges in throughput during major sales events. 5.Monitor labor costs and workforce efficiency, optimize staffing structures, and implement measures to improve on-site productivity. Track warehouse-related expenses and costs, enhance cost visibility and control, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop cost-control strategies. Qualifications: 1.Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse and logistics, particularly in warehouse asset and consumables management. 2.Proficiency in both Chinese and English. French is preferred.
