About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Site Fitter – Operative to join our Contracts Installation Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team working on diverse and bespoke architectural, secondary, and structural steelwork projects. If you have experience in construction or a related trade, we’d love to hear from you. We invest in our team by providing regular mandatory training and supporting career progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation of custom architectural and structural fabrications Work under the guidance of the Site Operations Manager and Site Supervisor Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and to specificationTypes of Projects You’ll Work On: Feature and access staircases Gantries and walkways Balustrades and handrails Structural steelwork Bespoke architectural featuresWhat We’re Looking For: Previous experience working on-site or in a construction environment Strong awareness and commitment to health and safety practices Valid CSCS card Full, clean UK driver’s licence Reliable team player with a proactive attitude Punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Flexible and adaptable to different project needs and locations
