Technical Coordinator – Residential New Build * Hertfordshire based * Up to £65,000 Package * Leading Residential Contractor * High-Rise & Low-Rise Apartments The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join a reputable residential contractor working on a variety of new build apartment schemes (low-rise and high-rise) across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.You will report into a Senior Technical Coordinator and play a key role in managing and coordinating the design and technical elements across multiple residential projects. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate design information across all project stages * Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and statutory bodies * Manage technical drawings and information from consultants and suppliers * Monitor compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC, and planning conditions * Support the construction team with technical issues and on-site coordination * Attend design and progress meetings; manage document control Requirements * Previous experience in a Technical Coordinator or Design Coordinator role within residential construction * Experience with new build apartments, ideally including high-rise developments * Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, planning requirements, and NHBC standards * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Proficient in AutoCAD and document management systems * Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) Package & Benefits * Salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience * Excellent package including car allowance, bonus, pension, and more * Long-term career growth with a respected and growing contractor * Exposure to high-profile projects across the region * Supportive team and structured progression path
