Job Title: Land Director Location: West Midlands (and surrounding areas) About the Role: Pro Staff Construction are working with a leading housebuilder who is looking to appoint a Land Director to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven land professional to take on a senior role with genuine influence and career progression. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, negotiate, and secure land opportunities across West Midlands. * Build and maintain strong relationships with Housing Associations, Land Agents, and key stakeholders. * Drive forward land acquisition strategies to meet ambitious growth targets. * Oversee the full land process from identification through to acquisition. * Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities and deliver successful developments. The Ideal Candidate: * Strong track record in land acquisition within residential development. * Established network with Housing Associations and Land Agents. * Target-driven with a commercial mindset. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Based in or around West Midlands.
