Site Manager – Roofing Project

Job Title: Site Manager – Roofing Project (Central London, Waterloo) We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale roofing and external works project in Central London (Waterloo). Start Date: Approx. 4–6 weeks ⏳ Duration: 6 months minimum, with strong potential to extend to 12 months The Project: * Large-scale roofing works (standing seam aluminium) * Extensive scaffolding * Additional external works Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate multiple subcontractors on site * Ensure the site is maintained to a clean, safe, and professional standard * Monitor programme delivery and provide regular progress reporting * Ensure full CDM compliance and adherence to H&S procedures * Manage scheduling, quality standards, and project documentation Candidate Requirements: * Proven site management experience on construction projects * Strong organisational and communication skills * Experience in managing subcontractors and maintaining site safety * Familiarity with programme and reporting requirements * Background in hard metal roofing (standing seam / aluminium) is highly desirable, but not essential
