Job Description

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking your next challenge in a supportive, collaborative environment? Our client—a reputable legal 500 law firm are seeking a senior solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Property team. This role offers both autonomy and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Build and manage your own client portfolio through proactive marketing, networking, and internal referrals Handle a broad spectrum of commercial property work, including sales and purchases, Leases, lease extensions, assignments, surrenders, and alterations, Securitisation and property financing Optional but advantageous experience: option agreements, conditional contracts, Section 106 agreements, land acquisitions, development projects, and plot sales Provide clear, accurate advice via written correspondence, phone, and meetings. Conduct due diligence and manage Land Registry submissions. Generate and respond to new business inquiries; cultivate client relationships. Uphold compliance, manage risk, and oversee case and file management. Support team members' development, participate in CPD, and contribute to marketing initiatives—such as webinars, podcasts, and local networking events.
