Civil Litigation Solicitor / Lawyer – Essex Location: Essex (Office-based) Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 salary based on previous experience DOE Partnership Prospects Full-Time | Permanent Are you a skilled Civil Litigation Lawyer looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking legal practice? We’re working with a well-established firm in Essex seeking a confident and capable solicitor to join their litigation team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the department. Key Responsibilities: Handle a broad range of litigation matters including personal injury (RTA & EL), contested probate, commercial and contract disputes, employment issues, and land/boundary disputes. Prepare and file legal documents, conduct research, and represent clients in hearings and mediations. Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships effectively. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team development. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in civil litigation. Strong case management and negotiation skills.
