Project Manager – Media & Advertising London (Hybrid) Permanent £55,000–£85,000 We’re working with a leading media and advertising group on a high-impact transformation programme, and they’re looking for a Project Manager with strong analytical skills and a background in data-driven delivery. The ideal candidate will come from a media, advertising, or marketing-tech background and be comfortable managing cross-functional projects that involve complex data workflows, stakeholder coordination, and agile delivery. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading delivery across strategic initiatives, including the launch of new digital products and internal platforms Managing project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across creative, data, and tech teams Handling large volumes of campaign, audience, or performance data—ensuring accuracy, insight, and alignment with business goals Collaborating with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution Reporting into senior leadership and contributing to broader programme planning and prioritisation What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Project Manager within media, advertising, marketing tech, or a closely related industry Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience managing data-led projects Comfortable working in agile environments with smaller, fast-moving teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across creative, technical, and commercial functions Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities Experience working with third-party vendors and managing delivery relationships
