Interim Part Time Counsel - West Midlands

Our client, a dynamic PE backed manufacturer and supplier operating across the industrial and energy sectors, is looking for an Interim Commercial Counsel to support on a part-time basis based in the West Midlands. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will take on a broad remit spanning commercial contracts, data protection, compliance, corporate governance and employment law. You will partner closely with the senior leadership team, providing pragmatic legal advice that shapes strategic decision making while engaging with a diverse and highly technical stakeholder group. We are seeking a lawyer with strong commercial contracts expertise. Prior in-house experience is an advantage but not essential. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with a hybrid working model, offering C-suite exposure. The ideal start date is end of September. Please get in touch for further details.
