Electrical Construction Manager – Kings Cross, London Salary: £70,000 Travel Expenses Sector: Commercial CAT A & B Fit-Out Start Date: Within 1 Month An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of London’s largest and most respected M&E contractors. The business is experiencing sustained growth and is now seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their commercial fit-out team on a major project based in Kings Cross. The Role: You’ll play a key role in delivering high-end CAT A and CAT B electrical fit-outs on a fast-paced commercial scheme. The role involves leading the on-site electrical team, ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage day-to-day electrical installation works on site * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site labour * Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and health & safety standards * Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management * Liaise with project managers, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery * Ensure all works meet client and regulatory requirements Requirements: * Proven experience managing electrical works on CAT A/B commercial fit-out projects * Strong background working with Tier 1 or large M&E contractors (preferred) * Good technical knowledge of electrical systems, containment, distribution, and lighting * SMSTS or SSSTS, and ECS/CSCS card required * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What’s On Offer: * £70,000 annual salary * Travel expenses covered * Join a major M&E contractor with a strong order book and long-term pipeline * Opportunity to work on prestigious London commercial developments * Career progression in a growing business with a solid industry reputation
