Site Manager

Role Overview: Role: Site Manager Sector: Water / Demolition Location: Caernarfon, Wales Contract Length: 4 months (further projects likely) Rate: £400pd IR35: Outside What Are We Looking For? A competent Site Manager to oversee the demolition of an asbestos cladded building on a wastewater treatment site (WWTW) Key Responsibilities: * Manage contractors on-site (demolition and asbestos management). * Toolbox talks, Site Inspections, Health & Safety. * Experience in a Client Facing role. * Strong documentation, organisation and reporting skills. Qualifications / Experience required: * SMSTS * CSCS card * First Aid * Experience of similar projects and technical construction industry knowledge. * Relevant industry qualification (E.g. NVQ or HNC) * Comfortable reading a programme on Primavera P6 and using Microsoft Excel
