Electrical Qualifying Supervisor Role Acting as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for our accreditation Providing expert technical support to electricians across multiple contracts Delivering technical and health & safety toolbox talks to electrical staff Carrying out regular quality control inspections on works in progress and completed jobs Ensuring all electrical works meet statutory regulations, industry standards, and organisational requirements Electrical Qualifying Supervisor Experience Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition (BS7671) certification City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Testing & Inspection qualification Recognised Qualified Supervisor status with NICEIC/NAPIT (or equivalent) Strong experience supervising electrical works, ideally within social housing or similar residential settings Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance obligations Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills Electrical Qualifying Supervisor Offer This is a key supervisory role offering autonomy, professional development, and the chance to make a real impact in ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality electrical services for residents.
