Job Title: Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative Location: SE London Salary: £36,000 per year Company Van & Fuel Card Description We are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance Contractor in the Social Housing sector, and are looking for a skilled Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to join their team in the SE area. In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks in social housing. You will ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complies with health & safety regulations, and provides residents with excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing and multi-trade repairs/maintenance across social housing properties. Deliver work to a high-quality finish in line with regulations and safety standards. Provide professional and friendly customer service to residents. Use PDA/job scheduling systems to manage and complete assigned work. Requirements Previous experience as a Multi-Trader in social housing or a similar environment. Trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or related field (Unvented certificate desirable). Valid CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness certification. Strong knowledge of health & safety compliance. Confident using PDA/IT systems for scheduling and reporting. Full UK manual driving licence.
