Project Manager – New Build Construction Site (Freelance with potential to go permanent) Location: Whitburn Rate: Competitive (Freelance) Tec-Source are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client for a new build construction site. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager seeking their next challenge, with the possibility of long-term, permanent employment. Role Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all aspects of the new build construction project. * Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. * Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, company procedures, and legal requirements. * Monitor progress, manage timelines, and report directly to senior stakeholders. * Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout the build. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction (new build experience desirable). * Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certifications (essential). * Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
