BH) Petrol Mileage Excellent Progression We’re seeking a No.1 Site Manager to lead delivery of a luxury residential project c.£10mil in value, working for a leading high-end residential contractor’s regional office. The Role: * Taking full responsibility as No.1 on site for a prestigious project in Steyning * Overseeing day-to-day site operations, trades, and subcontractors * Ensuring highest standards of quality, health & safety, and programme delivery * Managing client relationships and maintaining the contractor’s premium reputation * Reporting into a visiting Project Manager with strong support from head office * Typical projects across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire with future progression opportunities The Offer: * Salary up to £65,000 * Bonus up to 10% * 35 days holiday (inc. bank holidays) * Mileage allowance * Excellent opportunity to progress through the business as part of a growing regional team
