Description Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for digital platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs. Conduct usability testing and provide recommendations for improvements. Ensure designs align with the organisation's brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Stay updated with the latest UX UI design trends and best practices. Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members. Provide support for the implementation of design solutions in collaboration with developers.Profile A successful UX UI Designer should have: Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch. Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centred design principles. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and achievements.Job Offer Day rate up to 470 a day outside IR35
