Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major modular building project at Hinkley Point. The development comprises multiple modular units forming key infrastructure on-site, requiring strong management of the M&E packages and internal works. This is a standalone management role, reporting to a Contracts Manager, with responsibility for ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of the works. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee M&E packages and internal fit-out of modular buildings. * Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to programme. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and project procedures. * Liaise with project stakeholders, reporting progress and addressing issues. * Maintain quality control and drive works to successful handover. Requirements: * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential). * Proven background in M&E management within construction. * Previous experience with modular construction advantageous. * Strong knowledge of internal fit-out and building services. * Able to work under Hinkley Point clearance requirements (or willing to obtain).
