Civils Site Manager (Competent Person)

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who are currently looking to hire an experienced Site Manager due to a number of new contracts being awarded. My client operates across the civils sector on renewable energy projects. Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance. * Lead site teams and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety and excellence. * Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Maintain site records and ensure all works are carried out under relevant regulations. * Act as the Competent Person on site, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on substation projects. * Valid Competent Person for National Grid. * SMSTS ticket holder. * CSCS card. * Right to work in the UK. * Full UK driving licence. * Strong communication skills.
