Project Manager – Roofing Location: North Wales £85,000 We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the ongoing delivery of a large-scale industrial roofing and cladding package. The project is already underway, and we need someone who can step in quickly and keep things moving with structure, pace, and control. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of the project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met * Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders * Maintain clear reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking using MS Project or similar tools * Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns Requirements: * Proven track record managing industrial construction projects * Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure * Valid and in-date: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness * NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent) * Comfortable using IT tools; MS Project experience preferred This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership and drive progress on a live site.
