Freelance Site Manager – Office Fit Out (Northwich) Location: Northwich, Cheshire Duration: 6 Months Start Date: 01/09/2025 Rate: Negotiable day rate (DOE) We’re currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support a high-quality, multi-floor office fit-out project in Northwich. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced scheme with an established contractor delivering a full internal fit-out & refurbishment. The Role: * Oversee daily site activities and ensure health & safety compliance across the site * Manage a designated package within the multi-floor fit-out * Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet programme targets * Report into the site-based Project Manager and ensure smooth communication between trades, suppliers, and the main project team * Maintain site records, toolbox talks, inductions, and snagging as required Requirements: * Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects (ideally office/commercial) * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential) * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to work independently and drive progress on-site * Experience working on large sites.
