HV Commissioning Engineer

Brownlee Cale are seeking an experienced HV Commissioning Engineer to join our client on an energy infrastructure project in the Northeast. The Role * Commissioning of high voltage systems up to 275kV and 33kV * Functional and protection testing of HV equipment, including switchgear and transformers * Preparing and reviewing commissioning documentation, risk assessments, and method statements * Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure successful delivery * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during commissioning What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in HV commissioning at 275kV and 33kV * Strong knowledge of HV equipment, protection systems, and SCADA * Ideally experience on BESS projects * Ideally experience on National Grid Connections * Safety-conscious with excellent problem-solving skills If you’re an HV Commissioning Engineer with experience at 275kV and 33kV and are ready for your next contract, please contact Siobhan Davis at Brownlee Cale
