Site Manager – District Heating Scheme Location: Taunton Rate: £280 – £380 per day Duration: 12 Months Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a District Heating Scheme in Taunton. This is a long-term contract offering competitive day rates and the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major project. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of all site activities * Ensuring works are delivered on time, to budget, and to quality standards * Managing and enforcing Health & Safety on site * Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders * Reporting progress and issues to senior management Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale infrastructure or utilities projects * Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations * Excellent communication and leadership skills * SMSTS and CSCS (Black or Gold) card desirable This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to secure a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.
