WE'RE HIRING: SMSTS Site Manager with First Aid – Summer School Projects Stanton School Refurbishment & Maintenance Professional Construction Recruitment Ltd (PCR) – a leading provider of construction recruitment across the UK – is looking for an experienced Site Manager (SMSTS) with up-to-date First Aid certification for school refurbishment and maintenance project in Stanton This is a fantastic opportunity to manage fast-paced, short-duration projects in a live school environment (out of term time), ensuring safety, quality, and delivery on schedule. ✅ Requirements: * Valid SMSTS certificate * In-date First Aid qualification * Proven experience managing school refurb/maintenance projects (or similar) * Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate works to tight deadlines * Must be reliable, organised, and confident in running sites independently * Enhanced DBS is a bonus Responsibilities: * Oversee daily site operations and ensure H&S compliance * Coordinate subcontractors and manage timelines * Report progress and liaise with clients and PCR regularly * Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
