Essential Requirements – Do NOT apply unless you meet ALL of the following: Proven experience supervising heavy earthworks operations (bulk dig, muck shift, ground prep, etc.) Gold CSCS card Valid First Aid certificate Steady and consistent work history in similar roles – no frequent short-term roles Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset️ Key Responsibilities: Daily supervision of groundworks and earthworks teams Coordinating plant, labour, and materials Ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times Reporting progress and issues to site management Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity Long-term opportunity for the right candidate on a high-profile site with ongoing work available.
