Ductwork Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Ductwork Project Manager to join an established Ductwork Contractor delivering high-quality commercial HVAC schemes in Central London. With a turnover of approximately £30 million, the business is well-positioned in the market, working with leading fit-out contractors and holding a strong pipeline of long-term projects. Role Overview: * Lead and manage ductwork installation packages on commercial office and fit-out projects. * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-standard delivery. * Oversee project QA documentation, H&S compliance, and ensure quality benchmarks are met throughout. * Collaborate with clients, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues and drive programme. * Ensure all paperwork, RAMS, commissioning plans, and handover documents are completed accurately. Key Requirements: * Proven experience in Ductwork or HVAC Project Management within commercial construction. * Solid understanding of QA procedures, documentation, and building services coordination. * Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. * SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS card, and relevant HVAC qualifications desirable.
