Head of Investment Platform Services - Aladdin SME - Team Build Out - Buy side A highly successful multi-billion-dollar City investment firm has established a new Investment Platform Services function. This leadership role will head the division, offering the opportunity to shape and build it from the ground up. Positioned across Operations, Technology, Data, Change, and Investments, the function will take ownership of supplier relationships and act as the primary channel for change with key third parties providing investment and operational solutions - most notably BlackRock for Aladdin. The role will also work closely with internal teams on supporting applications and processes. Whilst this is a senior leadership position, the successful candidate will be expected to remain hands-on and support day-to-day BAU tasks where required. We are seeking a current function head with subject matter expert in Aladdin, ideally with established pre-existing relationships with BlackRock from a vendor partnership perspective. A strong understanding of OTC derivatives is also essential. The role could suit an operational background across order management, portfolio construction, trading, compliance, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions. This position offers a very competitive salary with excellent bonus potential, alongside a flexible hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days from home.
