Enjoy the variety-no two days are the same, from strategic planning to hands-on problem-solving.What you’ll be doing Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce and OD priorities that align to Care Group objectives. Lead on complex employee relations matters (including medical workforce cases), ensuring fair, timely outcomes. Support large-scale organisational change, workforce redesign and service transformation. Shape and deliver proactive recruitment and retention strategies. Use workforce data and KPIs to influence decision-making and improve performance. Build strong relationships with staffside colleagues and external partners to promote best practice.About you Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner in a large, unionised setting (NHS or comparable). Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent) with strong employment law knowledge. Skilled at leading change, with excellent coaching, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
