As a Sales Advisor in the property industry, you will play a key role in assisting customers throughout their property buying journey. Description Guide customers through the property purchasing process from initial enquiry to completion. Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties and services. Maintain regular communication with potential buyers to address queries and build relationships. Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Ensure the sales area is well-presented and fully stocked with marketing materials. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure properties are ready for viewing or handover. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.Profile A successful Sales Advisor should have: Experience in a customer-facing sales role, any industry is welcome! Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs. Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining organised records. A genuine interest in the property market and sales processes.
