Assistant Site Manager – SME Housebuilder Milborne Port Up to £50,000 Package Are you looking to take the next step in your site management career with a forward-thinking SME house builder? We’re seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality homes in Milborne Port. With one development already underway and a brand-new site due to start in the same area immediately after, this is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone looking for stability and progression. The Role * Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site. * Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to at all times. * Coordinate trades and subcontractors to achieve programme targets. * Maintain quality control to deliver homes to the highest standard. * Support site administration, reporting, and client liaison. About You * Experience working for a housebuilder or contractor in a supervisory or assistant management role. * Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. * Excellent communication skills with trades, subcontractors, and stakeholders. * Knowledge of NHBC/Building Regs desirable. * SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred.
