Understanding of issues around the delivery of maintenance and refurbishment contracts in relation to a housing repairs environment. 6. Understanding of relevant legislation and codes of practice including H&S, Building Regulations, Fire Regulations, etc. Experience: 7. Demonstrable experience of working in the building and trades industry carrying out repairs and maintenance to void and tenanted properties. 8.
