Job Title: Junior Project Manager Location: Belfast Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: £30,000 £50,000 per annum (very dependent on experience) About the Company Our client is a highly respected Building, Civil Engineering, and Fit-Out Contractor with over 50 years of experience delivering outstanding projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland. They are now seeking a motivated a Junior Project Manager to join their team in Belfast and support the delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and resource management Monitoring budgets, costs, and progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth communication Supporting compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Preparing progress reports and documentation for senior management This role offers excellent exposure to a variety of projects and a clear path to developing into a fully-fledged Project Manager. Requirements Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline 24 years experience in construction (site coordination, assistant PM, or similar role desirable) Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Full UK driving licence Work Location Primarily office-based in Belfast, with site visits required as part of project delivery.
