Painter – Havering Borough (Voids Work) We’ve got a great opportunity for a Painter to join a busy team working across empty void properties in the Havering Borough. If you’re decent with a brush, don’t mind a bit of travel between sites, and want steady work with good pay – this could be spot on. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm, carrying out general refurb painting on empty void houses. It’s a solid stretch of work – at least 2–3 months – with weekly pay to keep the money flowing. Pay rate is £20 an hour. What we’re after is a painter who knows their trade, has their own kit (brushes, rollers etc.), and can crack on without being chased. Reliability is key here – the sites are spread around Havering so you’ll need to be happy moving between jobs, but all within the borough.
