Project Manager – High End Residential Refurbishment Location: London projects (office base in Chelsea) Salary: Up to £70,000 package We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a respected construction business delivering prestigious high-end residential refurbishment projects across London. Based from their Chelsea office, this role offers the chance to lead complex schemes valued up to several million pounds. The Role * Oversee the full delivery of high-end residential refurbishment projects in London * Manage programmes, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes * Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders * Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget * Work closely with commercial and site teams to manage day-to-day operations The Candidate * Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishment projects is essential * Applications are also welcome from candidates who have come from the tools and are looking to step up into management * Strong track record of working on high-quality residential or refurbishment schemes * Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills * Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn directly from a highly experienced senior team What’s on Offer * Competitive salary up to £70,000 package * The opportunity to work on some of London’s most prestigious residential schemes * Clear progression path, with mentoring and support from a senior leadership team * Office base in Chelsea with regular London site visit Project Manager – High End Residential Refurbishment
