User Researcher

Job Title: User Researcher Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, UK (Hybrid) Employment Type: 6 Months Contract My client, a leading global professional services company specializing in digital transformation and management consulting, is looking for a skilled User Researcher to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site 3 days a week in Newcastle upon Tyne . You'll be responsible for planning and executing user research to inform policy and service design. Responsibilities: Plan and design comprehensive user research programs. Conduct contextual and discovery phase research. Analyze both quantitative and qualitative research data. Work across different phases of user research (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live). Embed user-centered design practices into an agile workflow.Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a User Researcher or in a related research field. Demonstrable knowledge of a variety of research methods. Proven experience in a user-centered design environment. Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
