CDM Principal Designer

The role of CDM Principal Designer will provide vital resource for a growing team, supporting clients on a range of projects. The company is a dynamic safety consultancy specialising in Construction Design Management (CDM 2015) Principal Designer, Building Safety Act (BSA) Principal Designer, Training and Contractor support. Working with a wide spectrum of clients from SME to Tier 1 contractors. Working arrangements are flexible but ideally looking for someone to integrate with the team and be in the Liverpool office 3 days per week. The projects they take on are diverse in nature and include large scale projects, as well as smaller fast turn around projects. Across equally diverse sectors such as residential, healthcare, education and commercial builds. You will take a strategic approach to working with clients and helping them to manage risks at an early stage. The company is continuing to grow with plenty of opportunities for career growth and development. Ideal experience for the CDM Principal Designer role: * Previous experience in a CDM role managing risks on projects. * Relevant qualifications and training, however, experience and cultural fit is more important than a long list of qualifications. * Able to build strong honest relationships with both clients and colleagues. * Support and mentor other members of the team. * Bring ideas with you, as they are always looking to improve everything they do. Salary is circa £45,000 to £55,000 plus benefits
