Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Temporary Job Category: Property Services Location: West London Salary: £18.00- £21.40 per hour We have an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative to join one of the largest construction, development and property services companies in the UK, who work in partnership with local authorities and housing associations. Responsibilities: Undertaking all carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner. Complete minor multi-trade repairs such as patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing (e.g. fitting baths, sinks, and toilets) Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (clean) City & Guilds/NVQ in Carpentry OR Carpenter CSCS Card (essential) Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP Basic DBS CertificateBenefits: A company van and fuel card (for business use only)If you are interested in this position, we encourage you to apply or reach out to Victoria for more details.
