Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (SCCM, Intune, Windows 10, Windows 11, Finance) – £240/day Inside IR35 – 4-month contract – Onsite London 4-month contract supporting a major hardware refresh – onsite in Bishopsgate – financial services experience essential. A Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (SCCM, Intune, Windows 10, Windows 11, Finance) is required by a leading financial services company in central London. This is a full-time, onsite role (Monday to Friday, 9-5) based in Bishopsgate. Inside IR35, paid via umbrella, £240 per day. Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (SCCM, Intune, Windows 10, Windows 11, Finance) – you must have: Proven 2nd Line Support experience in a professional environment Strong hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Intune for imaging and deployments of laptops and desktops Solid support skills with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users / white glove Previous financial services or trading floor support experience is essentialThis is a Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (SCCM, Intune, Windows 10, Windows 11, Finance) contract focused on device deployment and VIP user support. You’ll be imaging laptops using SCCM or Intune, configuring devices for end users, and providing in-person support post-deployment. You’ll be part of a key refresh project in a fast-paced trading environment. You’ll work with Windows 10, Windows 11, SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot. Experience with React for application deployment is a nice-to-have but not required.
