Site Manager – Prime Residential Refurbishment £2m Prime Residential Project | Dulwich An established main contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishments is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for a new £2m project in Dulwich. The project is a 6000 sq ft private residence. My client have secured the shell and core stage/white box and hope to secure the fit out in due course. Structural works and re-roofing are involved, with significant steelwork and ongoing design development—so strong planning and coordination skills are essential. The role will suit a Site Manager with a solid trade background, ideally in carpentry. This is a client who values managers who are happy to be hands-on when needed. You’ll be joining a close knit and growing company known for their positive culture and high spec work across London’s prime postcodes.
