Job Title: Building Services Manager / Building Services Coordinator Location: London & South East Salary: Up to £85,000 package (depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent Overview: We are currently recruiting experienced Building Services Managers and Coordinators to oversee MEP installations on a range of high-profile construction projects, including residential, commercial, healthcare, and education schemes across London and the South East. Our client is a leading main contractor, recognised as one of the UK and Ireland’s top names in construction, civil engineering, and interior fit-out. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are known for delivering major projects to the highest standards—valuing innovation, collaboration, and professional development. Key Responsibilities: * Manage MEP services from installation through to commissioning * Oversee MEP subcontractors and ensure programme delivery * Coordinate design, quality, health & safety, and site logistics * Lead on technical queries related to HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems * Liaise with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery Requirements: * Proven experience in MEP/Building Services management on large-scale construction projects * Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, public health and BMS systems * Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills * Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary up to £85,000 package inc car allowance * Opportunity to work on major, high-value projects across London * Career progression with a leading, well-respected contractor * Supportive and forward-thinking company culture
