With a busy 2025 ahead, the company is expanding its team to meet project demands. They are looking for a Design Manager with a Main Contractor background to join their team The role Join a leading Regional Contractor as a Design Coordinator/Manager overseeing new build commercial & industrial projects. Reporting to the Director of Design, you'll play a vital role in daily Design Management activities. Key Responsibilities: * Interpret client requirements and output specs * Review and ensure compliance of design, procurement, and construction information * Assist in developing design packages and procurement strategies in collaboration with the Site Manager/Preconstruction team * Contribute to the Design Management Plan (DMP) and project documentation * Prepare monthly activity reports for Design Management Essential Qualifications & Skills: * Architectural or Design qualifications * You will either be an experienced Design Manager in construction (nonresidential), or you could be looking to move across from the Architecture side * Knowledge of the regulatory environment and the Design & Build process * Active involvement in meeting processes and negotiation skills * Ability to draft correspondence effectively Don't miss this chance to be part of a dynamic team DesignCoordinator ManagerOpportunity
