Quantity Surveyor – Exeter (Office-Based, with Local Site Visits) Location: Exeter, Devon Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive Package Benefits Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next opportunity in the Exeter area? We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected main contractor with a strong regional presence. They are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team to manage the financial aspects of multiple diverse projects across the South West. Projects include: Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, and other Blue-Chip Developments. Responsibilities: * Oversee all commercial and financial elements of your assigned projects * Administer contracts (JCT, Design & Build) * Procure subcontractors and build strong supply chain relationships * Manage and report on project CVRs * Conduct site measurements and valuations * Control project cost and value through to final account Requirements: * Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a regional or Tier 1 contractor * Proven track record delivering projects up to £10m in value * Strong knowledge of CVR processes and contract administration * Ideally familiar with the local supply chain * Full UK Driving Licence (site travel required – generally within 1-hour radius) Benefits: * Competitive salary discretionary bonus * Company car or car allowance * Private healthcare for you and your family * Ongoing training and development * Secure role with a respected employer and strong project pipeline About the Company: This contractor has been delivering high-quality building projects for many years and has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence across the South West.
