Job Title: HR Business Partner – Director Location: London (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day WFH) Rate: £700/day PAYE Duration: 9–12 Months contract with possible extension (Maternity cover) We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner at Director level for world's largest investment and asset management firm, to support global investment teams. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive the people agenda across talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Advise leaders on succession, performance, and leadership development Lead change initiatives and organizational design Drive employee engagement, culture, and inclusion efforts Partner globally with HR teams and business leaders Use data and insights to inform decisions Manage ER issues and lead reward and performance cycles Requirements Minimum 10–15 years of proven HR Business Partner experience within a fast-paced, global environment—ideally within the financial services industry.
