Nights Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Site Manager to oversee site operations during out-of-hours work on a live project in London. The role requires strong leadership, excellent site management skills, and the ability to ensure health & safety standards are upheld at all times. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise all night shift site activities. * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality. * Implement and monitor health & safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements. * Issue, monitor, and control Hot Works permits in line with site safety requirements. * Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records. * Report progress and issues to the Project Manager. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects. * Strong knowledge of health & safety, including Hot Works permit procedures. * SMSTS (or equivalent) and valid CSCS card. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and manage night shift operations effectively
