Site Manager Needed – Roofing Project (Victoria) Start Date: 10th August Location: Victoria/Westminster Project Type: Roofing (Commercial) We're currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for one of our valued clients to oversee a roofing project based in Victoria. This role is critical to site safety, so we're looking for someone with a strong background in managing health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance across the site. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations on-site (works mainly on chimney and complete strip of the roof) * Ensure all health & safety standards are met and maintained * Coordinate trades and subcontractors * Liaise with project stakeholders * Keep works on schedule and within scope Requirements: * Proven experience managing roofing or construction projects * Strong knowledge of HSE regulations * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Relevant tickets and certifications (SMSTS,FIRST AID,CSCS) What’s On Offer: * Immediate start from 10th August * Competitive rates * Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor
