The reality of the job (aka your day-to-day battles): · Rounding up subcontractors who all claim they'll be there first thing but appear closer to lunchtime. · Keeping a programme on track when the client suddenly decides the bathroom has to be clad in a different stone (and it needs to be there tomorrow). · Delivering finishes so sharp the interior designer can spot a hairline imperfection from 12 feet away. What you'll need: · Solid experience running high-end resi projects in London. · A calm head, thick skin, and dry humour to match the client's wine cellar. · SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid at Work, but your ability to think fast and keep things moving is what matters.
