We are seeking a Business Development & Finance Manager to join the school’s leadership team and play a central role in shaping its future. Key Responsibilities ✨ Finance & Budgeting – Lead on financial planning, monitoring, and reporting; ensure the school operates within budget while maximising resources. ✨ Business Development – Identify and implement opportunities to generate additional income through partnerships, lettings, and innovative projects. ✨ Strategic Planning – Work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to deliver long-term goals for sustainability and growth. ✨ Compliance & Governance – Ensure all financial procedures meet statutory requirements and reflect best practice. ✨ Community Engagement – Build strong relationships with local businesses, organisations, and stakeholders to raise the school’s profile. ✨ Operational Support – Oversee contracts, procurement, and efficient use of school facilities. About You ✔️ Strong background in finance, business management, or school operations (experience in education/public sector desirable). ✔️ Proven ability to manage budgets, prepare reports, and support strategic planning. ✔️ Innovative and proactive mindset with an eye for income generation. ✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to work collaboratively across teams. ✔️ Committed to the values and ethos of a state school serving its community.
