We’re working with a leading practice in Kendal that’s looking to add a talented Dispute Resolution Lawyer to their growing team. What You’ll Be Doing * Managing a diverse mix of cases for both individuals and businesses. * Advising on a range of disputes, including property, probate, commercial, landlord & tenant, and employment. * Handling new client enquiries and building trusted, long-term relationships. * Ensuring smooth file management in line with compliance standards. * Playing your part in the department’s growth by helping to attract new clients. What We’re Looking For * Experience across dispute resolution matters (property, contentious probate, landlord & tenant, commercial, employment). * Some exposure to non-contentious work is a bonus (e.g. contracts, terms of business). * A friendly, approachable lawyer who thrives on collaboration and client care. * Someone open to expanding their expertise into new areas of dispute resolution. * Flexibility to travel to other offices occasionally.
