Service Care Solutions is working with a respected Local Authority, based in Lincolnshire, who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled property lawyer to take on varied and interesting work within a supportive public sector environment, while retaining flexibility through remote working. Role: Commercial Property Lawyer Location: Lincolnshire – remote bar the need to attend the office once per month Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06-£48.41ph Contract Length: 3 months ongoing Key Responsibilities: This role will focus on a broad range of local government commercial conveyancing work, with a particular emphasis on: Landlord and Tenant matters (including work under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954). Sale and purchase of land. Occasional residential conveyancing (excluding Right to Buy matters).Key Requirements: Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister (in England and Wales) with 3 years of PQE in Commercial Property law. Ideally have local authority experience of working within a commercial property legal team. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits included with the position: Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance. Remote working.
