Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer Contract: Permanent (Full-time or Part-time) Location: Kendal Salary: £46,000 – £55,000 Bonus We are seeking a dedicated Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join a well-established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in private client work, while enjoying excellent flexibility and a supportive working environment. The Role You will manage a varied caseload, including: * Advising on probate, will drafting, tax planning, and estate administration. * Handling powers of attorney and advising on trusts, including lifetime, will trusts, elderly client trusts, administration, and taxation issues. * Working directly with clients, families, and carers, as well as liaising with third parties such as medical experts and case managers. * Providing high-quality, compassionate client care to build strong relationships and attract new clients. About You * 4 years PQE. * STEP qualification is desirable but not essential (training support available). * Ability to commute to offices and client meetings when required. * Strong client-care and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and empathetic advice.
