Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Commercial Manager to oversee a £15m CAT A commercial fit out project in Reading. This role is with a main contractor and offers an excellent rate with limited company working available. Role requirements: * Proven experience working as a standalone Commercial Lead on fit out projects. * Previous CAT A fit out exposure is essential. * Strong commercial management, cost control, and subcontractor management skills.
